Background
Kaibosh is New Zealand’s first dedicated food rescue organisation. They collaborate with food retailers to rescue surplus food that’s good enough to eat, but not good enough to sell, from being discarded into landfills. This food is redistributed to charities that work with individuals and families who are struggling to make ends meet.
